Prior to REGAN, Dnyanesh is carrying wide professional experience of Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemical Corporations Limited, Ampacet Asia Limited, Sterling Biotech Limited, Cipla Limited, Micro Inks Limited (Huber Group Germany) & Philips India limited at initial stage of his career at Daman.

She designs & implement business strategies, work out for plans & procedures, setting up comprehensive goals for performance & growth of the Regan India team, hand of experience into establishing policies that promote the company culture & vision.
She is an effective communicator & believes in foster growth among the executive team & all employees, her vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth & definitely will increase the overall efficiency of the Regan India.
